WHAT IS THE PRICING & OVERALLÂ PAYMENT METHODS?
We start off with an initial phone call to discuss your need; followed up with a home visit or video call to have an in depth perspective regarding your moving needs. A price is finally determined with options that will fit your budget.
HOW ARE MY ITEMS PROTECTED & WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN OR DAMAGED?
All packing materials will be provided for no extra charge including tape, stretch wraps, boxes, blankets, bubble wrap etc. Once each item is individually packed we secure each item with wood framing, screws or any other necessary reinforcement. If something is damaged or broken we assess & submit before & after photos of the item to our insurance team & a claim case # will be provided in which they will determine the replacement & resolution.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
Our offices are open 7 days a week from 6am-10pm. We dispatch moves starting as early as 7am & as late as 7pm for any last minute needs. All moves are by appointment only.
